Syncing iPhone with new computer

Hey,

My laptop broke so I've got a new one and was wondering if I sync my iPhone with the new one, will I lose my data, contacts, messages etc? I've got all my music backed up on an external so I'm not worried about losing that. I'm on a PC and have the iPhone 3GS
