Syncing iPhone with NEW hard drive installed ... what options do I want ?

So my hard drive went over the weekend on my iMac and I had to replace it. I dident have a backup so I am starting fresh.

I did a backup of my iPhone in iTunes and then a backup of the pics and videos onto iPhoto.

Now when I goto sync it is telling me my phone is sync'd with another iTunes library and I am only allowed one... and I have to choose erase and sync ???

grrrrrr.... I dont want to choose the wrong thing or delete everything in my phone.

PS... I have a .Me account and my contacts,mail etc are sync'd in the air as well.
