iPod touch syncing issue

I was playing the first song off an album and about 10 seconds into the song, it went to the next song. So I re-burned the album, and synced it again. I then tried to play it and it did the same thing. All the other songs on the album work. The album artwork won't show up either, but when the next song comes on it does. Any suggestions? Really bugging me.

Did the same symptoms happen when playing the song on your mac/pc ?

And for future reference you re-ripped the album, not burned.

nope, it was fine on my computer and my other ipod i think, haven't checked today. Any advice?

I have had songs that wouldn't play past a certain point previously, but I can't remember how I solved the issue anymore as it's been a while since it's happened, but I'm pretty sure the file is broken.

You could try searching the forums or google, but I don't have anything sorry.
