Syncing iTunes with ATV

Hi

The first time I sync my iTunes with my ATV its take more than 3 hours, now I want to update my iPhotos with ATV but it begin to copy everything again, now it have 2 hours and still waiting.

Is there any way to sync only the new from my Apple ???
