iPod Syncing Itunes with non-Ipod mp3 player

Is there a hack / plug-in that allows you to sync the Itunes with any of the mp3 players that are not supported by apple?

I know there is one for Windows : badfruit.com

... but what about os x. any luck here for mac users??

No. If you have a specific model, you can try searching around for software that works with it. There are some apps that sync iTunes with your non-iPod mp3 player, but not many of them. You're better off using it with a PC or just buying an iPod.
