I have a mac at home and a PC at work. Now that Leopard is here, is there an easy way to sync my contacts and calendars between the two? I am a .mac member but I doubt that will help me here.

I've been reading a little about LDAP/CalDAV and I assume the answer may rest in those two solutions but the technical goes a little over my head. Are there any cheap or free LDAP/CalDav servers with which I can sync Address Book and iCal on my mac and then a program on the PC that will sync with the server?

Right now I'm running Firefox and Lighting on the PC, but I would be open to other programs that may be better suited for this.

I would also love to be able to sync Leopard notes and To Do's with the PC but I'll happily start with my contacts and calendars.

There also seems to be program/service called Chandler that may offer what I'm looking for. Again, the project pages are a little too technical for me but I'm going to try to figure it out.
