syncing mac and PC calenders

I have iCal, Entourage 2004, Palm Desktop on my computer. My secretary has outlook on her PC and i guess I could put palm desktop on there. I want her to be able to add items to a calendar that I can then sync on my mac. I can use the Palm as a go-between if that is possible. I would also like to maintain the various categories on the palm (iCal does not seem to do this). Oh, i also have .mac at my disposal if that helps. There are so many variables, i figure this should work somehow. does anyone do anything like this. thanks
