Syncing Microsoft exchange emails..

Hi- I was using Thunderbird on my MacBook Pro to sync my MS exchange business emails. Last week, I bought a new iPhone 4S, and set up my exchange email. Mails get downloaded just fine on the Phone.

But, the mails are no longer getting synced to my Thunderbird email client on my MacBook Pro...

Please help!!
