Syncing MobileMe groups with iPhone

Hi all,

I have a Mobile Me account and have setup my contacts and groups there.
I've noticed that only my contacts will sync with my iPhone 3G and NOT the groups.

I am using a PC with the Mobile Me control panel (latest version) installed.
I have no other email accounts on my iPhone 3G, Just Mobile Me
I hate Outlook, so I don't and won't use it at home.

Searching Apple support has not helped. Does anyone else have this problem or has a fix?
