Syncing MS Exchange & Gmail/Google Calendar ?

Does anyone know if Mobile Me will be necessary to sync Microsoft Exchange (including Global Address List) and Gmail / Google Calendar? I'm wondering how it will work. I don't want my personal stuff (on Google) to sync to my work (Exchange), and vice versa. I would love to see calendars combined on the iphone, and have email accounts separate. Anyone know?

I also use Exchange for work e-mail. calendar, etc, and google for personal use. Would like to see the calendars combined/synched but not the mail...

Anyone know if there's a way to do this using an iPhone?

I use google calander sync to sync my work exchange account with google calander, and I also sync my home outlook with google calander, so they all stay the same.

you don't need mobile me, use google calander sync, its FREE!!!
