Syncing Music to Apple Watch on iOS9 PB1=Fail

So every time I try to sync my apple music to my apple watch it doesn't work at all. I'll sign out sign back in, turn on and off the icloud merge, download the songs then switch to offline listening, nothing works for my custom playlist. I constantly have to keep downloading the songs over and over again for offline and doesn't stay on my phone. When I do select my playlist on apple watch app it says synced and 0 song and 0 gigs but clearly have those song son the playlist and downloaded to my phone, anybody encounter any of these problems?
