Syncing music with macbook, tv shows with iMac?

I'll try to keep this short...

Ive downloaded a few LOST HD episodes though my Apple tv, which currently only has music synced on it though my macbook. Now iTunes keeps trying to download these same episodes onto my macbook, and I don't want them there, I want them on the family iMac due to the bigger HDD.

TL;DR: How can I sync tv shows purchased on the ATV to the iMac and not the macbook that the ATV currently syncs music with?
