I got a new computer a while ago, and everything is synced to my iPhone except for photos. When I select "Sync photos from" on iTunes this comes up..

Does this include the camera roll? (By syncing the photos will it delete my camera roll)

It shouldn't. And by it shouldn't I mean it never has replaced my camera roll.

The camera roll is independent of the albums that would be replaced.

Do you have previously synced albums on the iPhone? If so it is most likely warning you and saying 'hey, those things are going to replaced, do you want to do this?'

Okay thanks! The only other album I have on the phone is just wallpapers, and I have made a new album on my new computer for them, so it should be fine.

Thanks for the help!

import the current photos on your iphone onto the new computer and then sync the photos..if your using a mac..go to iphoto and hit "import all"
