Syncing Notes to Mail via MobileMe

I've just got MobileMe set up, and it's working great for calendar entries/contacts and bookmarks, but for some reason it's not syncing the Notes across that I've got in Mail (even though I've checked it so sync notes in the MobileMe prefs on my Mac).

Syncing notes works using iTunes as normal, but doesn't work at all over the air.

Can anyone help?

It currently doesn't sync over the air, iTunes is the only way

Thanks for the replies...there's an option to sync "notes" in the MobileMe prefs in System Preferences though?

Yes. You will notice that this option is on your computer (obviously), so you will be syncing notes from your computer to MobileMe is you select this option.

Ah, thanks. Seems a bit daft that seeing as it's on MobileMe already, that it can't push to the iPhone as well. Maybe in another update...

I would guess so. There doesn't seem to be a reason that it couldn't. The notes even work through the Mail app on macs, so I would say the basic framework is already in place. Here's to hoping!
