Syncing Notes with 2 Iphones?

I am trying to figure out how to sync/backup notes for both my wife's iPhone and my own, but still keep the notes separate on the phones and Mac. Right now if I sync notes it combines both her notes and my notes onto her phone. Is there a way to keep them separate?

Thanks, but I want to know how to do it for one itunes account. I have been able to keep calenders and contacts separate, but can't figure out if this is possible with notes.

It's quick and easy when I am at work and need to jot something down, plus I can save things in there that I don't want in my contacts.
