Syncing only specific seasons

I want to sync The Office to my iPhone 3G S 16GB, however, being The Office fanatic I am, I have every season with every episode ever aired, totaling 18GB.

No problem, I've watched Season 1 and 4 a fair bit, I'll just take 2, 3 and 5. How do I only sync specific seasons in iTunes?

NOTES
- I do not want smart playlists. I want this to show under Videos.
- I do not want to have to delete the other seasons, or preferably not syncing them.

You should be able to go into iTunes and mark the shows you want to sync.

+1 ^^^ Once you check the selected seasons/shows, you can delete them from iTunes, or store them on your external hard drive or you can just download them from iTunes again, since they are already paid for via iTunes...
