Syncing pdfs and annotating

Somewhere.. over the rainbow.
Is there an app that automatically downloads all the stuff from Dropbox, just like Readdle Documents and allows annotating/scribbling/note taking?

I have a lot of PDF stored in DropBox. They are kept in their respective folders.

It gets pretty messy and cumbersome when I have to repetitively open it into Notability etc and reorganized everything again.
