Syncing photos automatically paused because of "Poor Network Connection", even if there isn't anything to sync and the connection is not poor.

I don't know if this even has anything to do with the macOS beta. But in the last time I always get this when I open photos and the connection is not poor. Maybe it doesn't like VPN.

Is there a setting somewhere to disable this pausing? It's even mostly just one screenshot from an iPhone or like now there is nothing to sync at all.

I'm having a lot of apps dealing with poor network connection - SMB shares hang for 2 minutes at a time, ssh connections just drop out, etc. on the latest 15.1 beta.

I am on that beta too. Not sure if anything else has a poor connection. But something is wrong with the Finder. I regularly have to kill it in the Terminal.

I created a fresh install on 15.0 beta, and no mo problems, FWIW.

15.0 is already one beta build ahead. I hope it's just that and the next 15.1 update will fix it.
