Syncing problems after archive/install

Hey guys;

I'm having a problem after doing an archive/install on my MBP just to clear off some junk and get a clean version of OS X. I'm fully updated, and obviously all my iTunes content has been moved over, but iTunes isn't recognizing my iPhone. I haven't hacked it in any way, but I'm betting my iPhone thinks this is a different computer from the one its synced to. How would I go about fixing this problem?

Edit: Problem solved after reinstalling iTunes a second time. It didn't work the first time, but I figured I'd try once more.
