Hi guys,

I have a MBP and an iMac and basically I'd like to know what software is out there to sync computers together. Preferably done wirelessly, I'd like to have my work on both computers for backup purposes, would be nice to sync iTunes library also.

Thanks for your time

Thanks for the suggestions bmcgonag. Is there any software that you can install and then sync with other machines wirelessly over your home network?

Lots of people use ChronoSync, which will work over your local network. I prefer Dropbox myself. I've tried a lot of them but was never completely happy with any syncing solution until I decided I was too anal about having everything in sync all the time and decided to just focus on important files. With that compromise, I like Dropbox the best.

Carbon Copy Cloner is great for this. The setup takes a bit of work, but it's only Mac to Mac...not cross platform.

For Cross platform, stick with dropbox.
