Syncing songs cuts first 10-15 seconds of the song on iphone

Hi there,

Just bought the iPhone 4G. I can sync songs onto my iPhone, however, when I play the songs on the iPhone the first 10-15 seconds of EVERY song in all my albums are cut off... the songs all start 15 seconds into the tune. The songs are all find on my computer iTunes, my shuffle and my old 3GS.

Any thoughts?
