Okay so my laptop was stolen and it was the one dedicated to my iphone...

Guess what it seems if I try to sync more songs or apps or anything on to
the iphone it says I have to erase everything.... unlike the ipod where u can sync anywhere.

Okay so here is the problem, I want to sync my musics aps ect from my new computer without killing my old stuff. Mind you my iPhone is jailbroken so can I ssh the files in?

I can't do the make my new computer seem like my old computer trick as I dont have my old computer.

The last thing I want is to lose my texts, contacts ect. Songs I can redownload same with aps but it is a pain in the ass and I'd rather not.

Thanks for your help guys (and gals)

Have you tried logging into iTunes on your new computer and authorising it with the iTunes account? Usually that works and lets you sync what you need to onto the phone. Or sync nothing as it were.
