syncing to 2 differnt itunes on 2 different pcs.

Hi,

I was wondering the simplest way (if there is one) to solve my problem. I had a laptop running windows xp and my iphone was manually synced with that itunes. I gave that laptop to my brother and i got a desktop. I downloaded music to my itunes on my new desk top and now want to add those to my iphone but it won't let me. What's the easiest way to do this? Could I use a 3rd party software like podworks or change my computer settings somehow?
