syncing to another mac - help

I have an iphone 4 and wish to sync it to a different mac for a one off sync to transfer some movies. what is the best way to do this as a warning came up saying it will remove all data. I am jailbroken by the way so wish to keep my phone exactly as it is.
any help much appreciated

You can't sync to two different computers.

Since you're JB, you can just copy the movie to somewhere on your iPhone using CyberDuck (or similar SSH software) and then run it from iFile or a similar app.

Yeah, I remember seeing that awhile back. I guess that would be nice, if it works as you say. However, since he's jailbroke, he doesn't even need to mess with all that.
