Syncing to Google Calendar

I just switched to a MBP computer (w/Lion) from a PC that was syncing my Outlook calendar to Google Calendar using the Google Calendar Sync Tool.

I now have Outlook 2011 and was wondering how I can sync my Outlook calendar with my Google Calendar.

Can Outlook sync with Gmail and Google Calendar?
Outlook 2011 will work with Gmail accounts and contacts, but not with Google Calendar.
