syncing treo and entourage

I'm trying to set this up for a client. What's the quickest and easiest way to sync a Treo with Entourage. Cost is no particular problem.

You have to install the Entourage Conduit from Microsoft Office. It should be under your Microsoft Office > Additional Tools folders. Should be no extra cost.

OK - I've read abotu that. Does that work with bluetooth?

So, it seems like you bypass isync entirely? That seems counterintuitive, so I think that's why I was having trouble.
