If I get a conventional mp3/aac player that uses standard USB storage, if there something I can get that will sync it with my Itunes collection? I figure there would be two ways; it could just copy the Itunes directory which always has things sorted by artist, or it could try and duplicate my playlists as folders. I'd prefer the latter. Does anyone make software that does this?

Doubletwist wil work. It can look at your itunes library and syncs with pretty much any device. It has a nice database of many Mp3 Players and should convert AAC if the unit you have does not support aac. Not sure though since my creative mp3 player and psp both support AAC.

Is doubletwist as easy as Itunes? If I add to my library can it tranfser the changes without me having to do it manually, and can it keep my podcasts up to date?
