Syncing various exchange email folders thru Fetch/Push

Hello,

I setup my exchange email on my 3GS iphone. I setup few folders under Inbox to sync. automatically and setup iphone on PUSH mode.

However only inbox is downloading the new mail but none of the individual folders are downloading the new mail untill I click on that folder. When I click on each folder It then start downloading new mails.

Shouldn't it be downloading new mail for all folders which I've selected for sync.?

I tried chaning push setting to Push, Fetch - 1hr and manually. It only sync. up Inbox untill I click on other folders.

Any idea how to setup all folders download email automatically since rules are setup on exchange server.
