syncing various folders with .mac

Can I sync folders on my hd with .mac automatically, or do I have to drag things to my .mac drive everytime?

Your iDisk will update automatically if set as so in Mac preferences.

Yes, this is correct, but I don't think that's what the OP meant. That said... I don't know of a good solution for this problem.

can you put an alias of the folder that you want to sync on the idisc drive and have it sync that way?
