syncing with a portable device

What other software besides iSync can you get to sync your mac with a cellphone, or PDA, or something similar?

Its got to sync both the address book and iCal

it depends what you want to sync. there are some 3rd party mobile syncers out there. also some kind of palm-syncer.

My freind wants to sync with a Samsung D900, and claims that it syncs the address book, but not the calendar.

Any fixes for that problem.
Is there a 3rd party app that addresses this problem?

If he has an iPod like yours, he could sync to that. Would put his addresses and calendar in his pocket. Set it up in iTunes.
