Syncing with more than one computer via iTunes?

Is there any way that I can sync my iDevices with 2 iTunes on 2 different computers (1 mac and 1 PC)? If not, is there any way that I can change the sync from the PC to the Mac without having to wipe the whole device? Like if i click sync apps, its gonna wipe my phone cuz I don't have any apps in my iTunes library on Mac (OSX Snow Leopard)
