Hi,

I have ordered a Mac Pro on 31st August and the shipping status went to "Shipped on: Sep 10, 2010 via Syncreon Technology" It also gives me a very long tracking number starting with WW00000........... The company's website does not seem to be able to use that tracking number though.

- What is this company? What part do they play in shipping my Mac Pro?
- Is there any way of tracking the shipment?
- Did anyone else ever get something shipped via Syncreon? How long did it take?
I am asking as currently it states an expected delivery date of 14 (!!) days from now ?! :(
see you,

syncreon technology are the logistics company that apple use for the order fulfilment and distribution of product in the UK. The syncreon website track and trace system does not track Apple orders only the Dell orders they also fulfil.
What the expected delivery date states is correct as this will take into account the manufacture and shipping form China.

Have fun with your new Mac when it comes, the wait is worth it :)

Apple systems are Air freighted in so the lead time is not like sea freighted product.
