Synergy

Has anybody here succesfully used Synergy to share keyboard and mouse between a Mac and a PC?

I have a Laptop (XP) and an iMac G4 (10.4.6) and I want to use the iMac as the server but it's just beyond me. Could anybody maybe do a guide for it?

I tried for weeks to get synergy working, but I just couldn't figure it out.
Instead, I run RealVNC on my PC, and a program called X2X on the Mac which does the same thing as synergy, but X2X is way way easier to use.
The only thing is you have to install X11 off your install disc first. It works great!

synergy is way easy to use and is perfect, if that email dont work just send me a PM, its to hard to just explain how to use it but i can guide people, hence the email or pm
