Anyone have any experience with Synology's customer support? I see a number of threads over on its forum complaining about slow and non-existant support.
Speaking of their forums, they don't seem to be frequented by any customer reps, even their general product inquiry forum?
I've asked some questions over there, similar to what I asked in this forum about possibly transitioning over to Synology. So far I've not gotten a response. Seems odd that they'd not be active in their forums, especially the presales side of things.
One aspect that I want to be sure of is customer support, while I'm having issues with my qnap, my tickets are responded within a day.
