SyntheCept terrible customer service

I ordered a Lyco Adapter from SyntheCept to work with my Apple Universal Dock, and iPhone 4s. I received the adapter in a timely manner, but it did not fit with either of my Universal Docks. I emailed them daily for 8 days straight and NEVER once received a response back. I finally disputed the charge with my CC company to get my money back.

Wow, 797 views and not one reply. So NO ONE has looked at the Lyco Adapter for their Universal Dock??
