System 7.5.3 (Classic) Need help with Sounds

I recently picked up a Mac SE/30 from eBay and am trying to figure out how to assign certain sounds to various events such as start up, shut down, empty trash...etc. I remember being able to assign sounds when I had my old Quadra twenty some years ago. I think there might have been a third party control panel that let me do this but for the life of me I can't remember what it was.

Need help figuring this out. Thanks in advance.

SoundMaster is one, depending which System you are using.
