After upgrade to Monterey beta, I found my available space is reduced dramatically, then I open the storage panel from About my Mac and then I saw a category named "System Data" that occupied more than 140G space. What are these system data and how can I remove them or reduce the size of it?

And now the number is over 152GB as I have deleted some files from the downloaded folder and application support folder. Weird.

Now the number increased to 160G, and no one else has such issue?
See the last item in the attached screenshot.

It's likely iCloud space used. I have all my 200GB of iCloud files downloaded in my MBP and it's showing as System Data instead of iCloud on beta 1. I have reported it to Apple already.

I am a free user of icloud and the space occupied by icloud storage should not be more than 5G. but the system data size seemed keep increasing.
