as of yesterday, whenever i boot up my macbook i get a message saying "system disk full-you must delete files"
is this just as simple as deleting rarely or unused files from the hd? i dont know what i have on there thats taking up so much space....
i write a lot of poetry and have about 200 pictures saved (which sounds like a drop in the bucket to me) should i put them on my external drive and delete them from my comp all together?
anyone have any space saving tips or ideas?
input appreciated thanks!!

Anything you move to other drives should be removed from your main drive. Also, empty your console logs and empty the trash. Console logs can sometimes be several GB is size.

thanks that helped so much!! i only have 10g of free space now....which i guess will have to do until i can upgrade the hd.....
