This has been doggin me for weeks now.
No matter how many times I've fixed my perms, this "kext" hell pop-up just doesnt quit.
This is a new Mac Pro with 10.9.3 (same on 10.9.2, updated to try and get rid of it:p).
This happens on two new Mac Pro's (the other 10.9.2).
The only common trait is they are both running apps such as:

Avid Media Composer
Avid Pro Tools
Adobe Master Cloud
RED REDCineX Pro
RED ROCKET PCI Card

Ive deployed 6 new Mac Pros with some similiar apps installed (but not all) and no issues once with perm warnings.

Googling this dont match my issues at all :p

Ah - "RED ROCKET PCI Card" sounds like a possible culprit here. The words "PCI Card" are a giveaway that the app installs / uses kexts to work, which of course don't work on the new Mac Pro.
 
yea RED helped me with the kext ROCKET issue.
The card works fine using an Magma EXPRESS 3T.
These damn kext errors smell of the old dll errors :p
