Hi there

Alas, I don't use a TimeCapsule & TimeMachine to back up my stuff and I travel around often so I don't want to carry extra drives with me.

So I was wondering what are the exact folders that would allow me to restore all my system & user settings if I were upload to a cloud storage service?

I don't need to back up all the apps, just the most important stuff that would allow me to restore my user account & system settings if I ever had to re-install my MacBook Pro.

Thanks

Anyone?

Is there a way to mimic a TimeMachine back up but to a cloud service?

So that if I need to restore a new Mac I can do it via cloud?

It's a shame Apple still doesn't offer that function to iCloud.
