System Icon Problems in 10.3.2

Help please.

I updated my system icons recently, but some have disappeared since I updated to 10.3.2. I originally had 10.2, but upgraded to 10.3. The system icon system changes were fine when I made them on 10.3, but got screwy after I installed the 10.3.2 update.

What gives? Can someone please help me?

I've been having some icon weirdness too. The icon I have for the Applications folder is different in the sidebar than it is in main Finder window . . . doesn't bug me that much anymore, but I'd like to fix it if anyone has advice.
