Does anyone know where OS X keeps the changed or not changed system icons? The mounted disk icon the HD icon, etc.?

Disk Icons In some of the extensions
/System/Library/Extensions/
Icons for Standard HD and External and Removable
/System/Library/Extensions/IOStorageFamily.kext/Contents/Resources
However you know you can just get info and copy and paste to the standard HD icons.
btw most ppl are going to replay to get Candy Bar

Interesting. Thanks for the info. I was just wondering because I could have sworn that some icons survived my clean install of Tiger... but since I have only used the user/library folderI must have been wrong.
I know about CandyBar, it is pretty nice, although I don't know whether it is worth $13 for changing icons.
