System is messed up after update

Ok, so before the update, keychain wasn't remembering my email passwords, After the update, it still doesn't remember them. In addition, I tried to use onyx to repair my permissions, that gave an error, tried to reset my pram, and it didn't work, just booted up my computer. I tried both reinstalling a new onyx etc, with no luck, cocktail didnt work either. Something is wrong I just don't know what. Does anyone have an idea>???

Try to repair keychain using keychain access.

I am not too sure if this will work for you. Try deleting com.apple.keychainaccess.plist from ~/Library/Preferences.
