System log reporting same error every second

System log is reporting: kCGErrorIllegalArgument: CGSGetCurrentDisplayMode: Invalid display 0x41dc9d00
over and over again.
I don't know how long this has been happening but it is on my rMBP. Does anyone know about this? Or how to fix it?

And every time I try to repair the disk I get these same messages

I force quit the dock process and then restarted my computer. Seems better now. But disk utility doesn't fix the permissions still.
