system logs me off when not using the machine

Greetings,

I've been having a problem where when I leave the MBP overnight. I basically leave the machine and its goes to sleep. If I have a program open that needs an action done to close it will stop and leave a window asking t to save the file to or cancel to exit logout.

I find messages in the log like:

not sure what to provide at this time. I went to the local apple store and they had me reinstall the OS, no difference.
