system pref hangs when deleting other apps

trying to delete some apps from the system pref that gets installed in the Other section.

everytime i right click and delete, i get the wheel of death and it hangs. i then must force quit and nothing happens.

how do i get this fixed?

Best way to FULLY DELETE a program​

Or tried deleting them from Macintosh HD / Library / PreferencePanes?

just tried that and it did delete some of them, but there are still some left on there. tried to search every word possible related to app and nothing.

And they don't show up in that folder I mentioned, but are still visible in System Preferences? Have you looked inside Macintosh HD / Users / YOU / Library / PreferencePanes yet?
