Hey all,

Weird situation. When I am on a network that is not my own, using file sharing via by AEBS + Mobile Me [ the discs connected to AEBS show up in my 'shared' header in Finder ] both Illustrator + Photoshop take FOREVER to load files that ARE NOT on the shared/network drives.

For example -- If I am connected to these shared drives, Illustrator might take 5 minutes to load a file from - the desktop - , if I disconnect, the same file loads immediately.

The same is true for Photoshop, but I haven't tested any other program.

Is there any reason why being connected to a network would cause Adobe programs to load local resident files super slow??

Thanks -- !
