I'm running into underutilization issues with my Mac Studio. The first few times I ran handbrake, the M1 Ultra ran like a beast and slammed through the encode. I'm generally taking ProRes to h264 for web upload. Lately, I'm getting capped out at ~40% total CPU usage and my encoding performance is slowed correspondingly. The VideoToolBox option runs at the same FPS as the software encoder, just with less CPU usage. Any suggestions on what the bottleneck is?
