T-Mobile 6s with new frequency bands in Portland, OR

Can those of you with TMo in Portland post your experiences with the new spectrum available on the new iPhones?

Do you notice any improvements, especially inside buildings?

I'm thinking of switching from AT&T but didn't get coverage in my building at work when I did the test drive with the 5s.

Not portland here (in southern california), but where I used to get only 1-2 bars of 4g (in my office), I now get 2-3 bars of LTE.
