T-Mobile apple.com iPhone 6 Plus Conspiracy

I've read a few comments saying that all iPhone 6 Plus T-Mobile orders from apple.com have a shipping date of October 1-6 at the earliest. Is this true? Did anyone manage to get one with a delivery date of 09/19 (screenshots)?

I somehow managed to get a T-Mobile 6 Plus on 09/19, but it's with in-store pickup. Is Apple trying to limit iPhone 6 Plus resales in international markets?
 
I sort of thought the same thing... By the time I was able to get into the online order store it was already Oct 1-6 for delivery.

Yeah, it looks like there really aren't any T-Mobile iPhone 6 Plus's from apple.com that are going to be delivered on 09/19. Any other data points?
 
Yeah, I'm pretty pissed about this. Since we couldn't use the app to order, I was stuck refreshing the website until 5:25 AM. Got my order for 6+ in within 2 minutes and never had the option for 9/19 pickup or delivery. You could order the 6 damn near all day, in almost any configuration, and get it on launch day. Seems like they may have had 10 available for launch. Oddly, I'm not seeing anyone with the second batch delivery window (9/25-10/1) either.

I got a 6 Plus but it's also pick up on 9/19. all of the screenshots I've seen so far point to the earliest shipping dates being October 1-6, but I do remember during the fiasco a few nights ago that people who got in early said that the shipping estimates WERE for release date. Maybe it was just that severely constrained. The theory of it being to limit resale honestly wouldn't surprise me, though.
 
Ordered an iPhone 6 Plus T-Mobile on Apple.com, I fully expect to receive my phone on 9/19.

How did you get through? Apples site was down for 99% of us until 5:25 AM EST. I'd been trying on two different computers and browsers since 2:45am EST.

I ordered at about 3:30AM.

It was down for me until I removed all website data in safari preferences and refreshed. I was able to order smoothly after that.

I'm not sure, guess I just got lucky getting through on Apple.com

I believe Apple.com was allowing a certain amount of people on the site at a time similar to what Finishline.com uses on Air Jordan releases.

I had the same thought. I chatted online with an Apple rep because I wanted to also verify that the T-Mobile phones will be in stores on the 19th and he just said I was too slow. No idea.
 
Wow...We were too slow because THEIR site was messed up for 2 1/2 hours? Blame the victim, right? My email confirmation is time stamped at 5:25 AM.
 
It looks like there were no Gold or Silver T-Mobile iPhone 6 Plus's for 09/19 delivery though, right?
